Justice seeking lives deserve justice making approaches to growth and change.

Do you want to change the world? Your community? Yourself?
Are some of these what brought you to this site today?

  • You want to live your life in such a way that you leave things better than when you arrived.
  • You want your next movement forward-whether as a friend, a partner, a leader, or a parent, to be a strong one.

Perhaps you have recognized that bending the moral arc of the universe is an ongoing life practice and

  • You want to make a Brave Next Move, a Heroic Leaning-In as a justice maker who reflects, works, and is willing to change yourself in order to change the world.
  • You hunger to work on radical inclusivity and anti-oppression programs that are meaningful and achievable and have outcomes of equity, justice, and ultimately liberation for all.
  • You grapple with the ways that you are simultaneously privileged, marginalized, and oppressed in society. You find it meaningful, challenging, but sometimes exhausting to balance leveraging your privilege to advocate for systemic change on behalf of others while at the same time having to sometimes struggle daily for a basic level of human respect, equity, and justice in your own life.
  • You are involved in an organization that wants to develop a stronger sense of mission and make changes, or is it trying to manage change that is already happening.
  • You seek relational health and communication in partnership or family life, and a developmentally appropriate, comprehensive, accurate consent and sexuality education?

If the answer to any of these questions is “yes,” I am so glad you are here!

  The starting point is today.

All of those things listed above are never single and alone.
They are always interrelated.

Equity. Justice. Consent. Bodily Autonomy.
Family Life and Communication. Healthy Embodied Sexuality.
Social Structures. Identity. Institutional and Personal Power.

Oppression and privilege are often intertwined, layered, and complex. Our sex, gender, race, class, sexual orientation, ability, and so many more aspects of ourselves intersect in complicated ways as society and law do or do not include or embrace us, as society and law do or do not harm us. Any movement toward justice must take those complexities seriously. You deserve nuance as you examine your life and the world around you.

I (CB) am so blessed to work among people who are intentional about engaging their challenges and curiosities. I would love to partner with you to share your ideas, experiences, energy, discomfort, confusion, curiosity, and wonder; to partner with you who share how you want to be and do better. I thrive on opportunities to bring my experience and expertise to the table and join you to explore how you can develop, grow, create, and build to effectively change yourself and the world.  Right now. From where you are. Making one next move. Then another.

You want someone to partner with you or your organization, to support your movement and growth in a way that both challenges you and holds space for the impact of those challenges. That’s what I do.

Welcome.

~ CB
